I'm in this super competitive pre-med program, and the pressure is unreal. I've been going back and forth on whether to shell out the cash for a private tutor for organic chemistry or just stick with our intense study group sessions. My study group is great for morale and we can commiserate together, but sometimes I feel like we're all just reinforcing each other's confusion. A friend of mine has a private tutor who apparently breaks things down in a way that just clicks. For those of you who've tried both, what's the real tea? Is the one-on-one attention worth the cost, or can a solid group get you just as far? I'm worried about falling behind, and I need to make a decision before midterms
