Okay, why does no one talk about Millsaps outside of Mississippi? 🤨

Seriously. I'm from Jackson, and even I slept on Millsaps until I started looking seriously.

It's a hidden gem. 🧠 Small classes, legit professors who actually care, and the whole "liberal arts" thing isn't just marketing fluff.

I toured there last fall, and the guy giving the tour was a senior who literally said, "I've never had a class taught by a grad student. Ever." That stuck with me.

Is it the biggest? No. Does it have a football stadium the size of a small city? Obviously not.

But if you want to actually know your professors and not be a number, why isn't this place on everyone's radar?

Makes no sense to me. 🤷‍♂️

I'm from California. Never heard of Millsaps until a teacher mentioned it. Looked it up. Was shocked.

Small classes. Pre-med placement is insane. Professors with PhDs, not TAs.

Why isn't it famous? Because fame costs money. Millsaps spends on students, not marketing.

That's actually a good sign. The schools that advertise the most are usually the ones that need to. Millsaps doesn't. Word of mouth is enough.
