Between my intense practice schedule, travel conflicts for games, and trying to maintain academic eligibility, finding the time and money for textbooks has been tough. I've tried looking for used books, renting them online, and even borrowing from friends, but it's still a challenge. I'm reaching out to my fellow students here at Mississippi State to see if anyone has tips on how to navigate student loans specifically for covering textbook expenses.

Any advice or personal experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Paul, check out the MSU Libraries website. Students can check out books for 180 days . If your professor put a copy on course reserve, you can use it in the library for free. Not ideal for studying at 2 AM, but it's something! Also, inter-library loans can get texts from other schools if MSU doesn't have them.
