Additionally, tailoring your resume and cover letter to each job application is crucial. Recruiters appreciate seeing how your skills align with their specific requirements. Remember revamping my resume after receiving feedback from career counselor at my college's career center, and it made significant difference in how employers perceived my qualifications. Lastly, staying persistent and resilient in the face of rejections is key. It's easy to get discouraged, but maintaining positive attitude and continuously honing your skills will eventually lead you to the right opportunity.
