Managing guys, job search stress, and the monster that is my thesis. 🎓 I'm low-key cynical about it all, but hey, gotta keep pushing through, am I right? So, any Bulldogs out there know how to access mental health resources on campus?

Mississippi State has got to have some support for us burnt-out seniors. My Jackson State mentor often says: 'Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.'. 😩 I need advice on where to go when the stress hits too hard.

So many of us are struggling silently, and reaching out is the strongest thing you can do. ❤️

Student Counseling Services at MSU is free and confidential for students. They're in Hathorn Hall (entrance to the left of the residence hall) and offer individual counseling, groups, and crisis support . You can call them at 662-325-2091 to schedule. They also offer virtual appointments through Doxy.me if getting to campus feels like too much .

For after-hours crises, Telus Health is available through the university, and MSU PD is always there at 662-325-2121 .

Also, The Graduate School page lists additional wellness resources, and the Longest Student Health Center can connect you with healthcare if needed .

You're not alone in this. Thesis stress + job search + everything else is a lot. Please use these resources—they're here for you. 💚
