I’ve been accepted into the Economics PhD program at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) and the Finance PhD program at Mississippi State University, with full funding from both. Now I’m facing a tough decision and would really appreciate some guidance.

Could anyone share insights on the curriculum structure, job placement outcomes, and research reputation of these programs? Any firsthand experience or advice would be incredibly helpful as I weigh my options.

Thanks so much in advance!

Understand feeling overwhelmed when choosing between programs. It's crucial to consider factors like faculty expertise, research opportunities, and program structure. When was deciding on my child's enrichment program, focused on the curriculum's alignment with their interests and the support available for their individual growth. Have you looked into specific professors at each university to see whose research aligns best with your goals?. Engaging with potential advisors could provide valuable insights into the program dynamics. How do you envision balancing coursework and research commitments during your journey?
