Hey everyone, as a returning adult student juggling work, family, and school, I've found time management to be my biggest challenge. One trick that has really helped me is setting specific daily goals. For example, I block out time for studying after dinner when my kids are doing their homework. It's tough, but seeing my progress motivates me. Another thing I do is use a planner religiously. Writing down deadlines and tasks keeps me organized and less overwhelmed. How do you all manage your time effectively? Any tips or strategies that have worked wonders for you? Let's share our experiences and help each other out!

Hey there! I completely understand the challenges of balancing coursework and advising, especially when students face overwhelming academic pressures. In my experience as a school counselor, I've found that creating a structured study plan with dedicated time slots for advising sessions can be incredibly helpful. Additionally, exploring resources like the book "Study Smarter, Not Harder'' by Kevin Paul and the video series by ''College Info Geek'' on time management could provide valuable insights. How do you typically manage your advising commitments alongside coursework?
