When preparing for job interviews, one tip that has been invaluable to me is conducting mock interviews with friends or mentors. Practicing answering common questions and receiving feedback helped me gain confidence and improve my communication skills. Additionally, researching the company and understanding its values allowed me to tailor my answers effectively during interviews. Found that disclosing my learning disability during the interview process was personal choice. However, when did share this information, it opened up opportunities for discussions around accommodations that could support my success in the role. Overall, being authentic, well-prepared, and showcasing your unique strengths are key factors in acing job interview. What strategies have you found most helpful in excelling during job interviews?
