After long days at the University of California, find solace in nature. Stepping outside, feeling the sun on my face, and breathing fresh air rejuvenate me. Walking through the campus gardens or sitting by peaceful pond helps me unwind from the academic pressures. Engaging in light exercise like yoga or leisurely bike ride also clears my mind. These activities shift my focus away from stress and allow me to recharge for the next day. What are your favorite ways to relax after demanding day?
