The "free outline" turned out to be a generic Wikipedia summary. It's not worth the stress. Have you checked if your school has a writing center? Most of them offer free, legit tutoring, either in person or online. They won't write it for you, but they are masters at helping with structure. It's saved my GPA more than once. Don't risk it with the sharks.
