I'm 18 and still trying to figure out what major to declare while juggling English Composition, College Algebra, and Introduction to Biology. Time management is a struggle for me, and homesickness hits hard sometimes. 🥺

Lately, I've been dealing with imposter syndrome - like do I even belong here? So, I thought I'd reach out to my fellow students for some guidance. Has anyone else felt lost in the world of Interdisciplinary Studies at MSU?

Any advice on how to navigate this feeling of being adrift? I'm hoping to connect with someone who's been through this and come out the other side. Let's support each other through this crazy ride! Thanks in advance for any tips or words of wisdom! ✨

English Composition kicked my butt too, don't worry 😂

But seriously, Interdisciplinary Studies is actually perfect if you're still figuring things out. You get to sample different fields and see what clicks. That's not a weakness - that's literally the point of the major.

Also, homesickness fades. Call your family, but also try to build your people here. Join a club. Sit with someone in the cafeteria. It takes time but it happens.
