I gotta keep it real - senioritis hit me hard, and the job hunt stress is no joke. On top of that, the pressure of wrapping up my thesis is pushing me to my limits. I'm feeling overwhelmed AF right now, and I know I ain't the only one.

So, any guys out there got some solid tips for managing this insane stress at Mississippi State University? How do you deal with the grind when it feels like everything's crashing down on you? 💔 I've tried the usual stuff like deep breaths, coffee (lots of it), even attempted meditation (spoiler: it didn't work).

But I ned some fresh strategies or hacks to get me through this mess before I turn into a living zombie by graduation day. Drop your wisdom below 'cause this senior's barely hanging on and could use all the help she can get.

Starkville has some hidden gems that help me reset: 🌳
  • The MS Horse Park - just walking the trails, watching horses, being outside
  • The Cotton District at sunrise - it's empty and beautiful and reminds me why I came here
  • Driving to Noxubee Wildlife Refuge - 15 minutes and you're in actual nature with owls and alligators and zero thesis pressure
For the job hunt: I made a rule that I only do applications between 9-11am. No applying at midnight when I'm already spiraling. Morning me writes better emails anyway.

Also, MSU's Alumni Association does networking events specifically for soon-to-be grads. Free food, actual humans who want to hire Bulldogs.
