When it comes to handling the stress of exam season, I've found that creating study schedule really helps me stay organized and focused. Like to break down my study material into smaller chunks, setting specific goals for each day leading up to the exams. This way, don't feel overwhelmed by trying to tackle everything at once. Another thing that works well for me is taking short breaks during study sessions. Usually set timer for 25-30 minutes of focused studying followed by 5-10 minute break to stretch, grab snack, or just relax for bit. It helps me maintain my concentration and prevents burnout. In addition to studying, getting enough sleep and eating well are crucial during exam season. What are some strategies that you all use to manage exam stress effectively?.
