First off, find your squad wisely - ain't nobody got time for slackers. Set clear goals from the get-go and communicate like your GPA depends on it (spoiler alert: it does).

Divide tasks based on strengths and keep each other in check. Use campus resources like study rooms and online collaboration tools to streamline teamwork. Remember, we're in this together . Keep grindin', stay caffeinated, and before you know it, we'll be sippin' that victory sweet tea at graduation

The campus study rooms in Mitchell Memorial Library are elite for group work . They have whiteboards, big screens for presenting, and you can book them online. Way better than meeting in the crowded Union.

Also, something that saved my group last semester: a TEAM CONTRACT. Seriously. We wrote down:

• How we'd communicate (GroupMe, respond within 12 hours)
• Meeting expectations (attendance required, notify if late)
• What happens if someone doesn't pull weight (escalation process)

Sounds extra but when one person started slacking, we had a document to point to. No awkward "well you said you'd do it" drama. MSU's iTeach resource actually recommends this approach .
