Senioritis hitting hard, job search stress looming, and thesis deadlines breathing down our necks - it's a whole vibe. My survival tips? First off, find your squad wisely - ain't nobody got time for slackers. Set clear goals from the get-go and communicate like your GPA depends on it (spoiler alert: it does).

Divide tasks based on strengths and keep each other in check. Use campus resources like study rooms and online collaboration tools to streamline teamwork. Remember, we're in this together 💪. Keep grindin', stay caffeinated, and before you know it, we'll be sippin' that victory sweet tea at graduation 🎓

The campus study rooms in Mitchell Memorial Library are elite for group work . They have whiteboards, big screens for presenting, and you can book them online. Way better than meeting in the crowded Union.

Also, something that saved my group last semester: a TEAM CONTRACT. Seriously. We wrote down:
  • How we'd communicate (GroupMe, respond within 12 hours)
  • Meeting expectations (attendance required, notify if late)
  • What happens if someone doesn't pull weight (escalation process)
Sounds extra but when one person started slacking, we had a document to point to. No awkward "well you said you'd do it" drama. MSU's iTeach resource actually recommends this approach .
