Is Hinds Community College good for working students?

I work full-time and need a school that understands that. A student review said: “Hinds has flexible scheduling. Evening classes, online options, multiple campuses.” Another said: “Professors are understanding if you communicate. They know students have jobs.” But another review warned: “Advising can be slow. You have to advocate for yourself.” I'm worried about balancing work, school, and life. For current Hinds students, how flexible is the schedule really? Can I build a degree mostly online? What's the workload like for someone working 40 hours?
