Looking for advice on hands-on training Mississippi

Currently drowning in senioritis, job search stress, and thesis deadlines. My plate is full with courses like Capstone Project, Advanced AI, and Senior Thesis. I'm on the lookout for some hands-on training opportunities in Mississippi to boost my practical skills before hitting the job market. tbf i've scoured the web for internships and workshops, but i'm coming up short.

Any Mississippi students out there who've found cool programs or resources for CS majors like me? I need something real-world to shake off this theoretical overload.
