Panicking about Calculus at Mississippi State University - any tutoring suggestions?

Dealing with imposter syndrome, homesickness, and struggling with time management. Any suggestions for tutoring resources at MSU? Maybe someone who can break down those Calc concepts in a way that won't make my head spin? Would be super grateful for any advice or recommendations to help me navigate this challenging course. Calc is rough even without the emotional load of imposter syndrome and homesickness.

MSU has your back: The Center for Academic Excellence (CAE) offers FREE tutoring in all math areas, including calculus. They're in the first floor of the YMCA Building and you can call (662) 325-2957 for info . No appointment necessary for drop-in usually.

Beyond tutoring: They also offer non-credit services and even classes on time management (LSK 1011) which might help with the scheduling chaos .

For the homesickness: Join something. Literally anything. Intramural sports, a club, a study group. The connections make campus feel like home faster. And talk to your RA — that's literally what they're there for.
