The cost is real. A student review said: “I saved so much money at Holmes. My friends at four-year schools are drowning in debt. I'll graduate with loans, but they're manageable.” I can't afford to start at a university. That's not shameful; it's realistic.
The teaching is better. Another reviewer wrote: “My professors at Holmes actually teach. They're not researchers who delegate to TAs. I get personal attention.” At a big university, I'd be one of 300. At Holmes, I'll be a name.
The transfer path is clear. Holmes has articulation agreements with Mississippi State, Southern Miss, and other universities. If I follow the plan, my credits will transfer. I'm not “settling.” I'm being smart.
